PIF Secure Web Application Usage Policy

In consideration of using the PIF web applications, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to comply with the below statements;and I shall abide by them while using or accessing the PIF web applications.

(a) I am aware that all data stored on or originating from, and all communications transmitted or received using, PIF web applications are considered the property of the PIF.

(b) I will not copy, distribute, lose, misuse, disclosure or modify any information related to PIF without prior approval.

(c) I will comply, and I will respect the PIF cybersecurity policies and procedures, and law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other related regulations.

(d) I will not attempt any unauthorized access to, interference with or disruption of any software, data, documents or systems available through PIF web application.

(e) I will not copy or download any material or any portion protected by copyright without proper authorization from the copyright owner.

Privacy Policy

Your consent and approval to this privacy policy ("Policy") is deemed effective upon your first use of this Website. PIF, at its sole discretion, may amend this Policy with immediate effect and your consent and approval to such amendments is deemed upon your continuous use of the Website.

We use, collect, store and you consent to such in relation to the following data:

(1) Personal data you voluntary submit to our Website, either on your own or on the behalf of an organization or other parties, through our various portals, links, and pages like the Vendor Gate, Contact Us page, Career and Training page, and the PIF Events microsite. By voluntarily submitting your personal information to this Website, you consent on its use, storage, and process by PIF for its intended purposes.

(2) Data we collect automatically through Google Analytics, which collects information on the date/time stamp of your visit, where you are browsing our Website from, and your usage habits including clickstream to, through and from our Website, the length of time you spend on particular pages, which links you click while on our Website. Google Analytics collects information anonymously and reports website trends to us without identifying individual visitors.

Where the legal basis for us processing your personal data is that you have provided your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. You will not suffer any detriment for withdrawing your consent. If you withdraw your consent, this will not make processing which we undertook before you withdrew your consent unlawful.

(2) When registering as vendor through the Vendor Gate for future biddings, we will keep your information for 10 years. If you have an active contract with PIF, we will keep your information for nineteen years after the expiry or termination of your contract.

(3) When submitting your inquiries through the Contact Us page, we will keep your information for 2 years.

(4) When registering for a PIF private event through our event registration and management website, we will keep your information for 2 years..
